Admission Process

Welcome to The Maddux School! We understand choosing a school for your child is a big decision and we are here to help. If you have any questions about our school, admissions process or whether The Maddux School is right for your child, please feel free to contact us.

How to Apply

1. Schedule an introductory telephone call clicking here.
2. Attend a Parent Information Session & Tour to learn more about The Maddux School.
3. Submit a complete application packet. Please click here for a Checklist of Admission Items
4. Forward the Teacher Recommendation form link to your child’s teacher. It should be submitted directly to The Maddux School by January 31.
5. After the Admissions team has reviewed the complete application, appropriate candidates will be invited to participate in group admissions visits at The Maddux School on February 20.
6. An Admissions Team member may arrange to observe an applicant in his/her current school setting or to speak directly to a familiar therapist or teacher.
7. Watch for email notification of admission decision on March 1.
8. Submit new student enrollment contract by due date.  Contract must be accompanied by a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit which will be applied to your child’s tuition.

After January 31, we accept applications on a rolling basis.
